Refund policy

At Masuria Living, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. This includes the EU consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • show no signs of use beyond regular inspection (e.g. unpacking and viewing),

  • be complete, in original condition, with tags, instructions, and factory packaging,

  • not be dirty, damaged, or used (e.g. the grill, plancha, or bioethanol lamp must not be ignited).

Used items will not be accepted. If the product value is diminished due to use, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Shipping costs:

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our fault (e.g. damaged or incorrect product).

🔧 Claims:

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us immediately after delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items:

We do not accept returns of:

  • custom-made or personalized products,

  • used items,

  • clearance or end-of-collection items,

  • items that have been used in a way that violates hygiene standards (e.g. used cooking accessories).

Refunds:

Once your return is approved, we will issue the refund within up to 14 business days using the original payment method. If the refund amount is reduced due to product wear, we will inform you before processing the refund.
